Possibly the most well-known Easter hymn, “Christ the Lord Is Risen Today”, has been arranged in a most original manner for the advanced intermediate lever or pedal harpist. It is in the key of C, with no accidentals, and is approximately 3.5 minutes long. It features a first verse with alternate harmonies presented in a simple, slower, and lyrical fashion, followed by the second verse with dramatic octaves, and full chords. An introduction, interlude, and coda round out the piece.
